About the Game

Handball is a high-speed team sport where two sides pass and dribble a ball with their hands to score goals in the opponent’s net. Played indoors on a court, it combines elements of basketball, soccer, and hockey, with an emphasis on teamwork and speed.

Basic Rules

• Each team has 7 players: 6 outfield players and 1 goalkeeper.
• Players can pass, dribble, and shoot using only their hands.
• Goals are scored by throwing the ball into the opponent’s net.
• Games are played in two halves, usually 30 minutes each.
