About the Game

Hockey is a team sport where players use curved sticks to control a ball (or puck, depending on the version) and score by getting it into the opposing goal. It is known for speed, skill, and a lot of running.

Basic Rules

• Each team has 11 players in field hockey.
• Players may only hit the ball with the flat side of the stick.
• Goals are scored by getting the ball into the opposing goal from within the shooting circle.
